Creative Solutions Group worked with a cross-functional MRCC team to create the “Schools To Tools” mobile experience, focused on recruiting high-school students to consider a career in skilled trades as carpenters and millwrights. CSG services included design, engineering, fabrication/buildout, technology integration and pilot testing.
Once inside the trailer, the engaging environment included a union trivia challenge, virtual job site tour with a selfie photo opp, virtual welding experience, and an interactive HoloLens experience that highlighted the various trades and the wide range of unique and creative work performed by each. In addition, outside the trailer, students participated in a variety of hands-on carpentry skills.
