DTNA Parts hosts a Fleet Night event with their suppliers during the week of the TMC Show. The event is a premier networking opportunity for fleet professionals. Held at a local venue – most recently the House of Blues in New Orleans for the 2024 TMC Show – the event attracts 200-300 attendees.
CSG’s primary responsibility is designing and executing venue-wide branding, messaging and signage that seamlessly integrates with the event’s overarching theme while giving sponsors prominent visibility. Striking this balance requires careful planning: the theme branding creates a cohesive and engaging atmosphere, while sponsor signage is strategically placed to enhance, rather than compete with, the overall design.
CSG works closely with the client’s design team to ensure all elements are harmoniously aligned, and that brand standards are maintained. Our onsite installation team then brings the vision to life, ensuring a flawless and elevated experience for all attendees throughout the evening.
