The DTNA Parts Conference is a major industry event that brings together over 1,000 dealers, suppliers and corporate team members from across the Daimler Truck North America network. Hosted in two cities, the conference provides a dynamic platform for attendees to connect, exchange insights, and explore the market trends shaping the parts and service landscape. This marks the third season Creative Solutions Group has supported DTNA Parts with expertly managed logistics, immersive branded environments, and engaging experiences that foster collaboration and reinforce the strength of the DTNA network.

 

CSG’s responsibilities included graphic design and production of all branding; pre- and post-event communications; agenda and content development; audiovisual, staging, and lighting for general sessions and breakout sessions; management and execution of the supplier trade fair; and hosting offsite networking events at various entertainment venues.

The immersive experience featured informative general sessions, a variety of breakout sessions tailored to specific topics and interests, a supplier trade fair with over 180 exhibitors, and entertaining dinner receptions with live performances.

CSG also developed a custom website and mobile app for the event. Prior to the conference, the website served as the central hub for key information, registration, and building personalized learning session schedules. Onsite, the app provided attendees with a personalized itinerary, integrated surveys, real-time reporting tools, and gamification elements—allowing participants to compete for high scores and prizes throughout the event.
