DTNA Parts came to CSG to develop and activate annual regional parts conferences that bring together 1,500 DTNA dealers, distributors, and corporate team members to collaborate, network, and discuss market strategies, customer satisfaction initiatives and key industry trends.
CSG responsibilities included: graphic design and production of all branding; pre and post event communications; agenda development; content development, AV, staging, lighting for the general sessions and breakouts; management and execution of supplier trade fair; and offsite networking events hosting guests at various entertainment venues.
Key engagements included Informative and engaging general sessions and breakout sessions tailored to specific topics and interests, a large-scale trade fair featuring over 180 exhibitors, fun and entertaining receptions with live entertainment, and a custom website and app with integrated custom surveys and reporting tools, that allowed for gamification, with teams competing throughout the conference to earn points and prizes.
