Oldcastle APG partnered with CSG to bring their Global Board of Directors meeting to life and deliver an unforgettable experience for CRH board members, executives and key stakeholders. The event was hosted at the Oldcastle Frederickson paver facility in Tacoma, Washington.

 

Within a 10-week timeframe, CSG brought all hands-on deck to create an elevated, multi-tent solution event/experience. CSG services included planning, project management, event space layout & design, fabrication of key elements, logistics, AV, staging & lighting, onsite supervision, setup & dismantle labor, decoration & catering for hospitality and guest meals.

Spanning nearly 180,000 square feet, the space was intricately designed to welcome guests, guide them through each experience and communicate the key messages and strategies including Channel Strategy, Sustainable Solutions, and Innovation in Action. A curated tour of the plant included a detailed overview of Oldcastle corporate Safety and PP&E protocols. The event concluded with an upscale outdoor dinner event full of ambiance and delectable cuisine.
