Visitors needed a way into Mitsubishi Electric’s broad vision for sustainable smart societies. CSG helped organize products and solutions into museum-like interactions and layers of content, with a shared visual system and live video for web and social audiences.

Mitsubishi Electric US partnered with CSG to advance its corporate strategy for global, sustainable smart societies. The experience connected products, integrated solutions, and emerging technologies through tiered messaging, a cohesive color and graphic system, interactive museum-style engagements, and live on-site video production for web and social channels.

Five Challenges. One Clear Point of Entry.

At the main entrance, an array of monitors introduced Mitsubishi Electric’s five primary Social Challenges. A distinct color and icon identified each challenge, while video content established the key messages and gave attendees a clear framework for exploring the experience.

Circular Engineering, Clearly Explained.

After a welcome from a brand ambassador, attendees entered an interactive display area featuring an illuminated 3D cityscape and a 75-inch touchscreen. Digital content mirrored the physical model, making Mitsubishi Electric’s circular engineering concept easier to understand and showing how its integrated solutions address complex social challenges.

Exploring the technology through interaction

At the center of the experience, live robotics, an immersive HoloLens engagement, and a large LED screen gave attendees direct access to current and developing solutions. The HoloLens experience explored green homes and smart buildings, efficient factory solutions, drone communications, 5G networks, fiber optics, and healthcare applications.

Animated, color-themed lighting moved through the overhead structure, helping guide visitors while creating visibility beyond the booth. Integrated backlighting and graphic elements added context around each display, connecting individual product applications to Mitsubishi Electric’s broader solutions story.
