This policy explains how Creative Solutions Group (CSG) handles information collected through csgnow.com and its website contact form. It does not cover any separate CSG application or product that has its own privacy notice. If you submit an inquiry, we use the information to respond and manage the request. We also use limited website and security information to operate, protect, and understand the site.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use the Connect form, we collect the first name, last name, company name, email address, and message that you enter. You may also choose to upload a PDF RFP or project brief, including the information contained in that file. If you contact us by email or another channel, we receive the information you choose to provide in that communication.

Information collected through the website. Our hosting, security, and analytics services may process information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring page, approximate location, date and time of activity, and interactions with the site. Cookies and similar technologies may help these services operate the site and measure usage. We do not ask you to include sensitive personal information in a general website inquiry.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, coordinate a potential project or business relationship, maintain a record of the exchange, and follow up on the request. We use technical and usage information to keep the site working, prevent spam and abuse, understand which content is useful, diagnose problems, and improve the website. We may also use information when necessary to comply with law, protect our rights, or address a security incident.

Contact form and email

The Connect form is processed through WordPress. CSG retains a copy of submitted inquiries in its website administration system and sends the inquiry to its business email inbox. If you upload a file, it is sent with your inquiry to CSG’s business email inbox. Authorized CSG personnel and website administrators may access these records to respond and support the site. Our email delivery uses Microsoft 365. Submission of the form does not, by itself, subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Analytics cookies and bot protection

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and process usage information under Google’s terms and privacy practices. We measure a successful contact-form submission as a lead event; our intended configuration does not send the name, email address, company name, or message from the form in that analytics event. Google explains its data practices in its Privacy Policy and provides information about Analytics in the Google Analytics Help Center.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated traffic. Cloudflare processes technical information needed for that security check. It does not receive the content you type into the form through Turnstile. Cloudflare describes Turnstile in its Turnstile documentation.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some technologies may affect how the website or contact form works. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

When information is shared

We disclose information to providers that help us host, secure, operate, deliver email from, and measure the website, including WP Engine, Microsoft 365, Cloudflare, and Google Analytics. We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities when necessary for legal, security, or business-protection purposes. If CSG undertakes a business transaction, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law. We do not publish the contents of contact-form inquiries on the website.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry records, related email, and technical records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, taking account of the nature of the request, security and operational needs, and legal requirements. Different systems may have different retention periods. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit the contact form. Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain uses. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when law or legitimate obligations require it. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Other websites and changes

Links to third-party websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices. We may update this policy when our website or information practices change. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will take any additional steps required by applicable law.
