Oldcastle APG / CRH: a board meeting designed as an experience of the business
An operating paver facility became the setting for Oldcastle APG’s global board meeting. Within 10 weeks, CSG planned and produced an experience across approximately 180,000 square feet, connecting business presentations, a plant tour and hospitality for CRH board members, executives and stakeholders.
Oldcastle APG partnered with CSG to create its Global Board of Directors meeting for CRH board members, executives, and key stakeholders. Hosted at the Oldcastle Frederickson paver facility in Tacoma, Washington, the event turned an active industrial setting into a purposeful environment for strategy, learning, and connection.
Nearly 180,000 Square Feet, Delivered in 10 Weeks
Within a 10-week timeframe, CSG planned and produced an elevated, multi-tent experience spanning nearly 180,000 square feet. The layout welcomed guests, guided them through each part of the program, and created clear settings for communicating key priorities, including Channel Strategy, Sustainable Solutions, and Innovation in Action.
Planning, production and hospitality working together
CSG provided planning, project management, event-space layout and design, fabrication of key elements, logistics, audiovisual production, staging and lighting, on-site supervision, setup and dismantle labor, décor, hospitality, and catering coordination for guest meals.
From Operational Detail to Executive Hospitality
A curated plant tour gave attendees a closer look at the facility and included a detailed overview of Oldcastle’s corporate safety protocols. The program concluded with an upscale outdoor dinner, creating a considered setting for conversation and connection.
